Posted by guest on 8/8/2009 Hi, from taytay rizal, ride an FX or Jeep to EDSA Central, Ortigas. From there, walk towards MRT-Shaw Station and ride the MRT to MRT-Taft. Cross the bridge to the LRT-EDSA Station and go down. Ride the orange jeepneys to SM Mall of Asia. Hope this Helps!

Posted by guest on 8/8/2009 hi, to get to manila ocean park, you can ride a jeep to lrt2 katipunan station, and take the lrt2 to recto terminal station Walk through the connecting footbridge to lrt1 d. jose station, and take the lrt1 to central terminal station. Walk 2 blocks following the lrt1 track, past office of the ombudsman and philippine veterans affairs office, until you get to sm city manila. turn right and walk 1 block, past manila city hall, until you get to padre burgos. turn left and walk a few meters to the underpass. through the underpass, cross all the way to the other side of padre burgos, and ride a jeep to vito cruz or baclaran via mabini. get off at m. h. del pilar cor. t. m. kalaw. walk 4 blocks along t. m. kalaw, past roxas blvd. and rizal park, until you get to parade ave. cross parade avenue. you should see quirino grandstand on your right. manila ocean park is just past quirino grandstand. hope this helps!

Posted by guest on 8/10/2009 hi, para po makapunta sa Skyway Twin Towers, pwede po silang sumakay ng jeep galing Taytay papuntang Edsa Central Mall (Crossing). Bumaba po sa kanto ng Capt Henry P. Javier at Meralco Ave. Makikita po nila ang Landbank of the Philippines bago bumaba. Galing dito, sundan lang po ang Capt Henry P. Javier, lampas ng ULTRA, St. Martin, Valle Verde Country Club, at Crisanta Tower. Makikita po nila ang Skyway Twin Towers sa kanan pagkalampas ng Crisanta Tower, katapat ng Word Community Church. Sana nakatulong!

Posted by guestman on 8/13/2009 Welcome back guestman, you can also find some antique shops in Sta. Cruz, Megamall, and Greenhills. You may need to be a careful though because some hawkers are allegedly selling counterfeit coins and notes. You can also buy them online (e.g., on eBay). For commemorative notes and coins for sale, you can check out the BSP website here. Hope this helps!

Posted by guest on 8/16/2009 hi, to get to shopwise, ride a bus to lawton. Ask the conductor if it will pass by edsa/taft. If yes, take the mrt to cubao from edsa/taft. If not, get off at any lrt1 station along taft ave. (e.g., united nations or quirino ave. station), and take the lrt1 to d. jose station. walk through the connecting footbridge to lrt2 recto station, and take the lrt2 to araneta-cubao. from either mrt cubao or lrt2 araneta-cubao, walk past farmers plaza, araneta coliseum, and ali mall, until you get to gen. romulo ave. ride a jeep to libis, and get off at shopwise. landmark is honda cars pasig. cross c-5 towards shopwise. here's the google map of the area: link. hope this helps!

Posted by guest on 8/16/2009 hi, to get to one world square, you can ride a jeep to edsa rotonda, and take the mrt to guadalupe. From there, ride a jeep to afp housing. Ask the driver to drop you off at upper mckinley road. Landmark is the army gate. Cross lawton avenue, and walk about 2 blocks along upper mckinley road, past the army gate, until you get to one world square. hope this helps!

hi. im taking the bar exams. Can you help on getting from the Domestic Airport to UP Diliman pls? do you have an estimate as to how much taxi fare i would spend if i take a cab from manila airport to UP diliman?

Posted by liza on 8/17/2009 Hi liza, a metered taxi ride from the airport to UP-D would roughly cost around 200-400 pesos, depending on the traffic. However, some taxi drivers at the airport would want to get a "contract" (roughly 500) since UP-D is pretty far from the airport. We recommend that you ride a yellow taxi. Although the yellow taxis are more expensive than the white taxis, you'll get a receipt and you'll be sure that they'll be running the meter. Hope this helps and good luck on your bar exam! :)

Posted by chu-chu on 8/18/2009 Hi chu-chu, from MRT-Guadalupe Station, you can ride a jeep bound for Fort Bonifacio and get off at Market! Market! Another way would be to take the Fort Bus from MRT-Ayala Station. Hope this helps! Answer from Guest: @chu-chu take the MRT to Ayala Stn, then go down the stairs on the right (Opposite of SM Manila entrance). Then walk to the right side the Fort Bus/Shuttle is just at the end of the street. There's a bus going to Market2 mismo, or the West Route which will stop at several stops including Market Market. I think the East Route bus goes directly to Market, NOT SURE ON THIS :) :)

And btw, are there jeepneys in the stretch of Katipunan between P. Tuazon and Aurora Boulevard? Or should I really pass through Cubao pa? Tnx again!!!

Tuason and Aurora Boulevard. Another route to UP Diliman is to ride a jeep to EDSA Central. From there, walk to MRT-Shaw Station and ride the MRT to Quezon Ave Station. Walk down the stairs and ride a jeep bound for UP. Hope this helps!

Posted by guest on 8/19/2009 Hi, to get to Fatima University, you can ride a bus/jeep to Lagro or SM Fairview, and get off either at Fatima University or at SM Fairview. If you get off at SM Fairview, you can walk about 2 blocks along Quirino Hwy, past Regalado Hwy and Ascension Ave., until you get to Esperanza. Turn right into Esperanza, and walk about 2 blocks to Caridad. Turn right into Caridad, and walk about 1 block towards Hilltop Subdivision. Hi again! What bus should I ride from SM Megamall going to Quezon Memorial Center via East Avenue? I saw that there are lots of buses passing there But I forgot to see what type of bus/destination sila. Thanks!
