Commuting to Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) handles the issuing of new passports as well as the renewing of old ones. This compound is the main branch of the DFA. However, a new building has been made (news link), so we are unsure what would become of this one.
