A more economical and flexible (and often faster) way to get from Dumaguete to Cebu is by ferry/bus.

1. From Dumaguete, take a jeep to the sea port in Sibulan, behind the public market. (Time: 10 mins)
2. From Sibulan, take the fast craft to Santender. (Time: 20 mins)
3. At the port in Santander, a bus will be waiting to transport passengers to Cebu City (Time: 3 hours).
