Hi! Is there a way to commute to Eastwood from Sta. Lucia that passes through Marcos Highway?

I was thinking of riding the jeep till right after crossing the Marikina river bridge, getting down to the road there by the river, and catching a jeep to Libis... or are there Libis-bound jeeps there anyway?

At the back of Sta. Lucia (dela Paz, Pasig), there are tricycles that can take you to Sta. Lucia Parish Church in Manggahan Pasig, or you can opt to take you to Calle Industria (where Caltex/ Jollibee is). from Calle Industria, it's another tricycle ride to Eastwood.

The only Jeepney route that traverses Eastwood as of the moment is the Cubao-Libis-Rosario route.

Hello! I'd like to ask a route from UST to Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall at around mid-night or 10:00PM onward. I am only aware of the LRT-2 Legarda-Santolan route to get to Sta. Lucia. However all the stations close at around 10:00PM leaving me with no other routes that I know of. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you!
