hi.
if im coming from LRT Central station. do i have to walk far to reach the jeeps Mabini-Pier? in what direction should i walk? or there are already jeeps passing by there.
thanks! (i'm not familiar to the place so i have to clarify and know. thank you!)
hi clarize,
you can take the Quiapo-Pier jeepneys from the Philippine Postal Corp.
to get to the Philippine Postal Corp. from LRT1 Central Terminal Station, you can walk about 1 block north, past the Manila City Library, Manila Lions Road, Park N Ride, Mini-Forest Park, Dr. Basa, and Metropolitan Theater, until you get to Quezon Boulevard. Turn left at Quezon Boulevard, and walk about 1 block, past Metropolitan Theater, until you see Liwasang Bonifacio on your right. Turn right and walk through Liwasang Bonifacio. You'll see the Philippine Postal Corp. on the other side of Liwasang Bonifacio. To the right of the Philippine Postal Corp., there are jeepneys going to Pier (coming from Quiapo). It's a very short walk that shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. :)
hope this helps!
wow, a precise explanation indeed.
thanks a bunch for the help!
really appreciated. :D
no worries, happy to help. :)
Please i need help, pls instruct me how to get to the south manila port when I starting from the naia airport.aside from getting a taxi , i want to learn where to get in buses r jeepneys that will head to south port..thanks
Hi Shiera, from NAIA Airport, ride a jeep back to EDSA and get off at LRT1 EDSA Station. From there, ride the LRT1 to Carriedo Station. There will be jeepneys to the Manila South Port below the station. If you can't find any, ask some of the guards. The jeeps are normally found near that area. Hope this helps!
Thank you very much for the clear route. This will save me precious time and money when I go to the port.
